Right up until someone does complain because they can win an extra place by it.

The difficulty in rules is that one thinks one has accounted for every eventuality, but getting the words right is difficult.

So if someone feels that the rules state that each driver must buy their fuel in cans from the supplier, then sharing a can is using non-compliant equipment and mandatory disqualification and maximum points, no matter that half the grid may be doing it.

If you felt that your driver could win because you had made a complaint stick, would you do it? Some teams would say they have to do it, because they aren't doing their job if they do not follow up every possible, legal way of getting their driver to win.
