Unfortunately you must have a PG Licence issued by the MSA if your lad or lass is under the age of 18. You can get the necessay info on the MSA web site if you want a licence right now!!
When you lads 2013 licence come up for renewal which will be in Dec/Jan) the MSA will send you a information pack for you to apply for your 2014 licence. I would wait until then otherwise you will have to pay twice.
