this was my point, we have 2 iame now one with 28 hours, 1 with 2 and there is 0.2 hp between them and because they were bought new in the box we know they are 100% legal whereas we had 2 Hondas and when we had them serviced at a different place from where we bought them we were informed they were both illegal plus the 2 others we took for a friend so that was 4 out of four illegal, so some people may not yet even be aware that their Honda is illegal, same buying one second hand would be very easy to make it go like stink on test drive(few t1 parts on a t2 ) pay big money for it then be called a cheat first time it fails scrutineering!!
