Although Ł10,000 Iames may not be far away, I'm not convinced they will adversely affect club racing in the same way as the Ł4000 Hondas. Having watched the Iame challenge at Clay, I didn't see any evidence of the S1 drivers engines being significantly better than any others - the racing was close between club regulars and the visiting S1 drivers from front to back. That's not to say people won't hand the money over when the time comes though.
