I watched the IAME cadets in the London Cup yesterday and when the second place boy tried to overtake the first place boy with 2 laps to go he went to the inside to defend and when the lad went to the outside to overtake he swerved across the track hitting him in the side, the action was so blatant that smoke was seen coming off of his tyres.
It was mentioned to the official who was responsible for the Cadets but he said as he had no report of it he could not do anything, as the incident happened on the straight right in front of the start marshal and officials I wonder what chance you will ever have of cleaning up the sport.
As the race was being filmed it will be interesting to see who was correct.
