Fantastic idea. We recently entered Super One for the first time and to be frank I was very pleased at how my lad was competing. He was running 10th in his first heat when he got pushed off track by an apparent intentional manoeuvre by a lad behind. This put him back to 21st. On entering the pits we were summoned to the COC as well as the offender and also another lad. It transpires that in the previous lap the offender had also loaded up another lad and put them off track. In other words he gained a couple of places by illegal or dangerous overtakes. The offender received a 5 place penalty for the offence against us and a DQ for the offence against the other lad. We of course didn't get our places back. The offender isn't really punished as they still had another heat to do well in. If he had been called in as you suggest after his first incident it would have hopefully calmed him down and he would have had to race clean for the rest of the event. As it is, it is almost like he gets the slap on the wrist for the first heat and then his actions are expunged for the second heat. More modern thinking like that is required Richy.
