Unfortunately it seems Leatt’s are also quite aggressively trying to quash one of their competitors who also produced a dam good product, the Valhalla 360 was gaining real popularity amongst Bambino and Cadet drivers but is now not available in some countries (including the UK) due to an alleged patent infringement, you can however buy one in the States or get a friend to buy it there.
Obviously I don’t know the ins and outs of the issue but it is a good product and also seemingly well designed
