A friend has the `no proof no glory' one and it is very good. Fitted to his lad's helmet, he has some great quality footage of karting.

Like the go pro and contours, it really depende what you want from these cameras.

If you just want to use them to improve driving then there are a lot of cheaper options available (some for as little as Ł15). The quality may not be as good be it is perfectly adequate for viewing racing lines, foot movements, wheel movements etc.
