even if you take a brand new motor, they are not .5 seconds slower than the present cadets,

which was one of there main points in the new rules, so already the new rules are not being worked to.

we have had 2 friends now test the new motor at circuits we have been at

straight out the box brand new they got within 1/10th of there best comer within 1 hour of running

the comers are already approx 5/10ths faster than the hondas

so the new motor is already 4/10th faster than the hondas, without any work / tweeks by the builders

if we are slowed by 7/10th we will be 1.1 seconds slower compared to a brand new un-tuned motor

If the hondas are already 4/10ths slower why restrict even more?

I hope the new motor is good for cadets, its the way it has been done that IMO is wrong and very unnecessary to mess with the a great cadet class in honda.
