As some have said:

There are no restrictors!

They dont have anyone to make them even!

And when they are made, you would think that they need testing again with the correct / 'released to public' resrictors before you can buy them

This is the msa they mess around forever,so I cannot see the plate being ready anytime soon

They SHOULD of sorted the manufactre and supply before they released the regs, so we the CUSTOMER can test etc

This shows what a farce it all is
