maybe point out the destruction of the honda engine builders buisness? the fact that these are 4 stroke 160cc as oppossed to a 60cc 2 stroke so in no way related other than the age group as rotax is not to tkm?
a parentle waiver on the speed/lap times?
safety issue on slowing the faster drivers down and putting the pack all closer together?
possible extra costs involved as the long term effects on the engine is as yet unknown?
