chassis can become tired after general use, doesnt need to be lots of use or very little, the fact is the the chassis can sink in the middle where the driver sits due to his/her weight. you should notice the difference from when you first used the chassis to now? also has your kart been bent before then straightened? because if so, the kart could go back to the shape where it had the crash. hope this helps
