Two simple cures for badrolling starts

1) Extra rolling lap, tyres a bit warmer, no excuses
2) If there's evidence of loading, stick the false start flag out, drop a lap off the race distance. Keep doing it until there's a clean start. Drivers will soon get sick of losing races because of it and it'll stop.
