I don't quite under stand this:
U17.29.6 –' When drivers are
weighed, they will now be weighed
together with their Personal Protective
Equipment to address the issue of
additional weight being concealed
within protective equipment'.

Shouldn't it be 'without' PPE?

I'm guessing that means the driver will be weighed 'and' the PPE will be weighed.
