I assume by bottom corner this is at the pitlane exit just before the final hairpin? Inside front lifting more to do with the massive amounts of opposite lock :) Incidently having the rear hubs all the way in will cause the back end to snap into oversteer like that and make it feel like there is no rear end grip.

Yes those tyres do get stickier! The fronts do look rather wide and flat in that pic which suggests there is not alot of rubber left on them. Certainly for racing if you use a new set for a race weekend, you notice the difference between those tyres and another new set at the next meeting.
