Most tracks allow pre-arks drivers on their practice days. One exception is Whilton Mill as thery try to limit Saturday practice to drivers who have booked to race on the Sunday although if race entries are less than a full grid for the class then they may allow you to go on Saturday. They also have practice days every Wednesday.
