Micheal, We turned up at the awning set up exactly to give the oversteer issue after about 6 laps. In the first session the oversteer happened exactly on cue.
I first of all measured the increase in pressure at each corner and found that the pressures had risen 3psi. For the second session I lowered the outgoing psi that reduced the final pressure increase to only 2psi as mentioned by DarylH (Thanks)
Secondly, I added seat stays after discussion with LT.
Sent Daniel out....No oversteer!
For the next session LT spoke to Daniel to smooth out his lines and be a less aggressive in his driving style....Gradually over the weekend he took this onboard
Finally, we went for the new design Iztech soft seat. Daniel said it felt like it smoothed out the kart and gave him confidence.
Result of all this was 10th (grid 20) on Sunday and put in a lap faster than the winner.
I still want to do more work but I try hard not to test on Sunday.
Thanks all for the help, and I feel much better prepared for Whilton this weekend.
