Sealed engines could work as long as you don,t allow the sealing agents to `Cheat` and start parts selecting. Of course this is easier said than done.
Too many vested interests and too much money to be made from the mug punters prepared to pay for little Johnnies success.
Most will say this is just motorsport. Strange though because in any other sport, any sort of unfair performance enhancement is called cheating, if it involved kids it would be called abuse!!.
Personally as I watch our contempories from Cadet days in France going up the ladder. I find it more and more sickening that it`s almost exclusively the money not the talent going forward. It`s not quite so bad in the UK yet, but most MSA decisions do nothing to prevent it happening there and some have encouraged it.
IMO The choice of cadet engine will be a watershed for UK karting. $h!t or bust.
