I've got mine with Adrian Flux, give them a try. If you do low miles then work out exactly how many and tell them during the quotation as this can help. If you need the van for work then tell them that you use it for work not just for getting to work.
I got quotes for cars and vans and cars were more expensive by quite a bit. I think it's because with a van that you use for work you need it as a tool to help you earn money so you are more likely to drive more carefully. I do actually drive more carefully compared to when I had a car, purely because if I lost it, it would make my job a hell of a lot harder to do.
When there was ice on the roads over winter I didn't pop out to the shops for a pint of milk or whatever purely because there was a greater risk of a crash. If I didn't need the van for work then it wouldn't have been an issue. I guess that's how the insurance companies look at it.
