before you moan get your fact right.1 the spikes you had last year and years previously where lent to all the drivers so no cost. If you lost them and only then where you charged,this was nothing to do with john as these spikes where my property and only lent so if you could not be bothered to look after them and bring them to the next meeting then why shouldent you pay everyone was told this at the first round 2 the tyre spikes had proper handles to hold them by and to make them safe the ball where years ago not as richard still believes
