We are very quick to report poor service from Kart traders, so it was quite refreshing to find one who puts customer satisfaction high on his list of priorities.

I was looking for a unsealed Rotax max engine to use as a spare and save my race engine.

I saw one advertised on the market place and it seemed reasonable, just what I was looking for. A bit of discussion to make sure it was as advertised, agreed a price, paid, delivered.

I then found myself in the uncomfortable place, where the engine is as advertised, but not quite as described during discussion.

Texted the trader and straight away, an apology for the misunderstanding and the offer of a full refund, no haggling, no ignoring messages, just nice fair treatment without hassle.

I for one would have no issues in buying from Karts n Parts UK of Basildon in the future based on this experience.
