Looking for advise!

I'm travelling to 3-Sisters for this weekends race meeting(Rd1)this coming Friday and expct to arrive at the circuit between 7.30 & 8.45pm!

What time do the gates normally close for the night! Also where can you park up, Are any of the pitbays normally reserved. Will anyone be anyone there from the club to assist with parking arrangements etc.
There does'nt appear to be any info on the club web site
