What all the pundits forget is that SKRC follows the approved regulations on this matter.
Following a protest to the MSA a few years ago the MSA forced the club to combine Honda and Comer into the Libre class.
The club wishes to encourage Honda drivers to race at the club, we wish there were more (5 yesterday I think). Therefore the club decided although all points from Honda and Comer go to the same Libre championship, the trophies would be kept separate so that even if Hondas were outside the top trophy winners, they would still get a trophy or more depending on entry. Trophies are given out on the basis of entries.
Now maybe for next year we should revise that policy and just give the top few in the race and no separate trophy for Honda?
I understand Andy didnt hear the tannoy to come for the Cadet trophy hand over and came up late for his Honda trophy.
Please do not start any slanging matches, these are the facts and the AGM or writing to me is the procedure to make comments.
