We live close to Ellough Park Raceway, and have raced in both MSA and NON MSA. Let me say from the start that this is a great club, and is run by people who a dedicated to the sport and there members. Both my son and I are members of the club despite not running in MSA this year.
We stopped MSA racing everywhere, because the rules where not being applied equally. some rule where being ignored completely, and some applied only if you where in the right team spending the right amount of money.
The appeals system with the MSA needs to be changed to a Ref style that is used in football. The NON MSA meetings at Ellough, are
run like this. If the clark says you broke the rule then you loss 5 places. Its that simple, and so it should be. I hope the MSA racing picks up for Beccles and District Kart Club, but having started Non MSA meeting you have to wonder if there is enough people for both at Ellough
