One way which has helped Andy, is he networks at meetings with lots of minimax and junior rotax drivers Josh, gets to know them, asks how they are doing and what they find frustrating etc..etc.. and tries to offer advice and support from his own experience of karting over the years which in turn can end up in them asking if he will coach them for a weekend, he has secured some regular work with some of the younger drivers and its a win win situation, drivers respect and admire Andy and his experience, the parents find it a big help as Andy can get things across in the " drivers " language and understand and of course Andy is earning what I regard a damn good money for a 16yr old (circa Ł50-Ł75 @ day)
