as aquila says its hard to sopt the culprit amongst 10 -20 karts 3 abrest on the first lap and decide who's loading up who. but we do report the the CoC when we can be certian who was to blame but will be the first to say to the CoC that i didnt see who caused it if we cant be certain as we dont want to penalise an inocent driver by guessing just to get a conviction

also my main concern is to get a flag out and alert others that a kart or karts are in a dangerous place and update the CoC of any posible injurys.

you are only looking for little johny or janey and are blinkered on them so have a polariesd view of the incident usualy.
