It's not the same clutch on the bambino. The C50 has a shoe and spring clutch and the W60 has a solid clutch. Although interchangable, it's against the regs.

If you think the clutch is seized, take the clutch drum off and inspect nothing is loose and springs are intact, then clean with brake cleaner.

Lee - 20:1 is fine, some may use less oil for race days.
