Anybody got any ideas?

Transponder- Put it charge before the last meeting, still flashing red after 3 days, take it of cradle and no lights at all.Tried again with same results a week later

Mychron4- Needs a new battery at least once a day if not more, it's getting to the stage that I think a new one would be a cheap option.
