Just a few points I can think of since I last visited this thread. For starters although I haven't had time to sit down and think about it yet I am faced with the prospect of changing class, working my university and work commitments around a totally different set of dates and venues to what I have been planning for since November and like Nicky said, finding the budget for an extra event.
On top of this, it's not just the TKM drivers that won't like these changes. As Mike has said, I fail to see how seven classes can be run at the same meeting (especially if KF3 and any others need split groups) and still give enough track time to make it worth being there.
For some reason I had an e-mail on Saturday saying that my registration had been accepted - why was this when surely the organisers must have known by this stage the TKM classes were in trouble?! And finally for now, I still have no e-mail or correspondence and no, sending an email to 600 people isn't hard and doesn't take time. The PDF file that's on the website could have been attached to an e-mail which could have been circulated to all on S1's mailing lists in minutes!
