Well i have competed in all 3 and these are my views:

Corporate: Fine for trying out karting, but no matter what people say it is near impossible to have every kart equal with the daily abuse they get, and circuits won't weight everyone up to a minimum so your going to have to be light.

Non-MSA: Every circuit will be different. My experience was so poor i will never race it again. No regulation whatsoever, no scruitineering or equipment safety standards, just cheap prices to get numbers in and make money. The competitors were cheats and complainers and would be better off out of the sport all together.

MSA: Organised, regulated and fair. I have competed in many classes over the years and would never go back to either of the other two, despite the anoying rules that keep creeping in like the skid blocks for the brake disc.
You get what you pay for, our scruitineers are extremely good and officials very experienced.

Oh one exception, British 24hr at Teesside each year, well done to Bob Pope for great racing.

On the rest, no new classes are needed and we have too many. Don't see how you can reduce the number of championships, we have Super 1 and FKS for 2-stroke and Formula 6 for 4-stroke. How is that too many?

I think there is a problem in terms of cost, especially with the top classes (KF). With 100cc we had 100 National and Formula Libre for old spec engines, none of that exists anymore so no-one can buy second hand and race.

old new
Formula A/ICA top class KF2/KF1
100 National budget class nothing
Formula Libre Club level nothing
