Is the main problem with Msa karting the fact that it's so hard to do well. You need to be fully commited to do well and with that is huge time and effort. Also a fair financial commitment. For some the challenge is good and achieving your goals is great and it may take 2-10 years! For others it ain't worth the effort and would rather just do arrive and drive against lesser commited competition. Karting is hugely professional at Msa level. And I'm afraid even at club level the huge motorhomes, big teams and bling put loads off as they don't believe it's all worth it. For some it's about winning and beating better and better people and the whole kudos of winning the major championships.. For others they get more plessure in driving the kart and why would u choose Msa if it's just about driving and having the odd race. Now there's so many more options other than Msa. I can see why we have a problem with numbers. Especialy when there's so many classes to choose.
