Theres a race team based at Silverstone with a simulator that is the best i've tried so far. It does only run RFactor, but with a proper hydralic brake pedal, a range of different gearboxes, a seat that moves under acceleration and braking and the best force feedback i've ever experienced, its probably the best thing other than the McLaren simulator. You can certainly learn to trail brake / heel and toe using it, however heel and toe is becoming extinct in racing anyway.

No karting available on it though which is a shame, i've yet to get on anything that replicates karting realistically.
