Ah well, “tester” is a funny, fluid title, isn’t it? Of course I have no idea who bestowed it, and whether it is accepted by the so entitled. Be that as it may, he must have been well aware – and not minded – how it would look and, more to the point, how it would be used. A test, if such is needed (why?) before the rubber stamp is applied, could have been done on a far less prominent occasion. Does anyone doubt for a moment that this new product will be sanctioned? Of course it will; there are clearly influential enough interests behind it.
Don’t get me wrong: I fully support approval because I am in favour of a free market.
But to think I was close to getting involved, upon the urging of others outside the Aixro owner community (no-one within it has expressed particular keenness), in drafting a submission for said reviewer’s consideration! I’m now glad I didn’t. Pleading to this association for fairness would be a futile pursuit. Besides, while some benefits of membership cannot be denied, if more members are not wanted that’s no problem either.
Do you think he would ‘test’ an Aixro? It’s been around a good deal longer. But then how might that look? However, we’d even promise to keep quiet about it!
Phew, that’s nearly 400 and more than enough already from an outsider talking out of his backside.
