It seems like they want money for everything we do they charge sums of money like this for many things i mean it would cost me &107 to upgrade my license with express handling it should really only cost about &60 after all all they are doing is fixing a photo to a card and sending it back to us they just want money from anything possible they could charge from! (if that makes sense)
