I hear what you're saying about it possibly being only a "nominal" charge but there comes a point in time where one more cost increase is "the straw that breaks the camels back" and I really think we are very close to that point.

I have used the on-line facility and also direct e-mails on a few occasions but to be honest, the replies to the e-mails have been condescending at best and arrogant at worst.

As you know I've supported MSA racing for a very long time (personally and with my three lads) but I'm getting to the point where I really have to question what I'm getting out of all this extra cost.

Views like this really need to be put forward via people like yourself (ie. someone the MSA respect - because they don't seem to respect the paying customer any more) - unless of course you don't agree with my point of view.
