I've spoken to Buckmore via email. For owner drivers the arrangement is..

MSA rules - Drivers aged 6 and over, c50 or GX35 engines.

The meetings are on the third weekend of the month, except August. Practice on the Saturday only open to those taking part in the Sunday event. The format on Sunday is 2x6 laps practice, then 2x6 laps timed runs.

Drives must have completed Buckmore's "Lesson 3" bambino course before competing. Lessons 1 and 2 can be bypassed if the child has had suitable training elsewhere.

They have not had any GX35 competitors yet (currently all c50), but they are permitted under the MSA rules.
