Mutliple companies (of various different sizes) compete with teams of their employees (and guests) across multiple activities against the other companies. It's held in a different town/city each year, think it's the 17th time its taken place in the UK.
Karting is one of the more popular activities. Skill level is not important, but it is very very competitive at the front! There is also some rather dirty driving, for instance I argued that it wasn't fair for someone to move more than 4 times on the same straight!
