the CoC could just give out a verbal warning to a driver that caused a genuine racing incident and that would / could incur no points he could also in some circumstances give a time / place penalty but that would automaticaly acrue 3 points (no discresion allowed) or if the incident is deamed bad or dangerous driving C.1.1.5 then an exclusion from race or meeting with pionts from 3 - 6. its all in the blue book if you care to read it and as ian blair said everybody sighns on declaring thet understand the blue book and agree to abide by its rules.

and yes the msa is more geared to care racing than karting and i to think that karting should maybe have a SLIGHTLY diferent aproach to driver dicipline and alow CoC's a LITTLE BIT MORE WRIGGLE ROOM
