Hi, that chassis is not a proper kart chassis, unless someone can say otherwise, the layout is completely wrong. With regards to the stub axle washers, you put more above and below to change the ride height of the front of the kart, but you must always have at least one above or below. Putting them all below the stub will lower the chassis and vice versa. You have odd stubs as well. P.S What engine did it have on and do you have any pics of it fully assembled?
