I think that is less likely now because kids are still such different weights. An effort was being made to try an align all the junior ages to be the same - eg year of 13th birthday, but that remains aspirational, dependent on take up, and certainly over a several year period. If they were all at the same age then maybe the MSA could be prevailed upon to let small grids (at smaller clubs) run them together on split grids. If that happened, and its a big if, then there wouldn't really be any more categories than now and market forces would determine which actual classes each club offered. I guess it will depend on whether the new class is a club success or mainly a championship class.
