IB every time i see a cadet flip i email John Ryan at the MSA, he did at first get back to me, now he does not seen to bother. I even gave him a nose cone to test. Last week was the 8th time i emailed saying what i had seen. I also pointed out it would not be long before i emailed him about the 9th flip. I know he gets them as i get a auto reply but thats it.
I have saved every email i send and if any drivers dad needs them i will pass them on. sooner or later a driver will be badly hurt and action will be taken against the MSA as there is so much info out there, that there must be a doubt about the safety of the nose cones.
So many times the more experanced drivers use the ramp effect to just tap the driver in front, lifting there rear wheels and making them run just wide enough to then stick there kart down the inside. Unless you are standing right on the corner watching for it, its very hard to see whats happend. So if a little tap can rase the rear wheels we all, apart from the powers to be, no whats going to happen when it all goes wrong.
