Track length is established by measuring the outside circit boundary on the white line then measuring the inner boundary on the white line. The true measured length is the length that is the average of the 2 measurements. for example a circuit measuring 1000m on the outer line and 880m on the inner line the correct length would be 940m.
Simples!!!
Naturally the racing line is the one you would like to know but dont forget that would make the track a diferent length in the wet to the dry.
If you have a mychron with GPS take a look at the data for the wet and dry and you will see a change.
