hello would any one be able to tell me? what Licence i will need to be able to race at msa club meetings, the reason that i am confused is that i have a natska Licence and i have for a couple of years and i dont really want to do the arks test and i have been told that becauase of me holding a natska Licence, i will not need to but i dont know what lience to get now
any help
