That's what it says on the order forms so any tyres you already have will be for club racing and testing only. You could use them on the Friday/Saturday testing sessions though.
Usually the slicks and wets are marked and it is worth checking the rules to see if all tyres have to be left in parc ferme between races - the extract from the rules is shown below:-

FOR ALL CLASSES the organisers will arrange for all slick tyres to be supplied at each round. Tyres must be
ordered and paid for in advance from the Series designated supplier at a price not exceeding the
recommended retail price. Order forms are included with these regulations. A system may also be introduced
to cover the purchase, distribution and control of wet or slick tyres, details of which would be included in final
instructions issue to competitors.
