hi there

before christmas i decided to overhaul the OTK brake system on my 05 racer tonykart. i renewed the seals in both the master cylinder and caliper. from what i understand, the seals in the caliper have been fitted correctly.

however the seals in one of the master cylinders may not be in correctly. if you take off the reservior caps and the brake is depressed a small bubble comes through the hole at the bottom of the reservior. there doesnt seem to be leakage to the rod that enters the master cylinder. the pedal feels hard and applies the brakes very quickly

does anyone on here know of a cause of this and a solution to the problem
