Well thats not what it says on scottishkarting.co.uk.

"Regretfully we have had to cancel the race meeting scheduled for Sunday 17th January. This is due to the ice and snow that still covers the track. We will advise regarding the rescheduling of the 2nd round of the Winter Series and the Formula Kart Stars Cadet qualifier as soon as possible.
