I've watch the forum with Interest this past couple of weeks.
Cannot help but think that moaning about the entry fee increase is a bit like me letting the wife buy a new dress and handbag, and then moaning about the lipstick she's bought. Personally the entry fee is insignificant compared to the cost of karting in general. Don't seem to see thread after thread moaning about the costs of OTK kit even though a vast majority drive one. (In Super 1)
I also think TV is a good idea, and have now enetered because of that, although I'm not convinced about the on-kart cameras as I can also see the issues others have raised, and not just the "unknown" costs of one.
TKM, if they have gone to the reduced fee has now set itself apart as the "cheap" end of karting which will put people off an already, in the south anyway, a dead/dying class.
Perhaps I'm the only one, although I know 3 others who have or are going to also enter who have never done before.
