Hi all my second outing in my new max with my motor just been rebuilt, now my problem is....from the moment i had my fully rebuilt engine back my powervalve has be engaging way to late, around 10k rpm which is giving me no power out the corners and a huge kick in the a*se half way down the straight, the settings are 74.5 and was running 13 clicks out (about 5 mill, many people said wind it all the way in, which i did but that was even worse, the best setting i found was 25 clicks out and coming in around 9000, even then was still bogging but i was told by many people at the track this was wrong, i had the right jet in, the right gearing, was very light and fethering the throttle and running temp was betwen 55 and 60',c im regreting i didnt try another pv as my suspicions may be that its the pv unit itself? my knowledge is quite limited on rotax, apart from the odd race ive raced tkm extreme so excuse my ignorance :-)
