If the figures quoted by bluetoo for independant testing of fuel are correct, I would suggest that each class should pay for their own classes testing (so the bigger the grid the less they'd pay) and simply test the fuel of the winner and one other randomly chosen (obviously the scrutes should be watching out for anybody looking particularly quick down the straights). This would only cost £300 so in a grid of 25 it would only cost £12 each per meeting. testing the winner would prove that its possible to win with legal fuel, and the random check is the deterrant. Any other competitor should be allowed to pay the £150 cost to have any other competitors fuel checked if they wish. It would save you all a small fortune!
