Well, i`ve got 3 Honda`s that are unlikely to do it now, No mention was made of this when they signed up at kartmania, perhaps it`s to pay for Johns bright new S1 stand ?.
In the past TV coverage costs were covered by a sponsor as they got the exposure from their branding, NOT the competitor!
No sponsor, no tv coverage, simple.
And as for the fuel, 25ltrs ?, I thought the max size to carry in vehicles was 20 ltrs ?.
